Capri by Fraser China Square

Simon Ng was one of the contributing artists engaged by Canvas Art Consultants (HBA ART Singapore) for a site-specific art commission at Capri by Fraser, China Square, a design-led hotel situated in Singapore’s historic Chinatown district.

In this collaborative project, Simon worked closely with the creative team to produce a watercolor backdrop featuring iconic Singaporean shophouses, setting the tone for the hotel’s lobby environment. He also contributed a wall mural design inspired by the cultural and historical narratives of Chinatown, including subtle references to the legacy of Samsui women.
